    How is my learning assessed?

    Does the certificate expire?

    Course Content

    What topics does the course cover?

    The course covers five modules: project management concepts, project influences, the role of the project manager, the full project management cycle, and an Agile projects overview. Together these span the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

    How long is the training?

    The programme runs over two days, totalling 16 hours. It can also be delivered as four half-day sessions, with the same content across the five-module syllabus.

    Can a complete beginner follow the content?

    Yes. The course is designed for beginners and assumes no prior experience. Concepts are taught from first principles with practical exercises, so newcomers and experienced professionals both benefit.

    Does it cover Agile as well as traditional methods?

    Yes. Alongside predictive (plan-based) methods, the course includes an Agile projects overview covering release planning and the Scrum process, plus business-analysis approaches, so you can choose the right method for each project.
