Run iterative delivery with Scrum, Kanban and lean techniques, manage product backlogs, sprints, velocity and burndown charts, and blend predictive and agile methods for hybrid projects, roughly half the PMP exam.

    Manage Risk, Quality and Procurement

Identify, assess and respond to risk across the project lifecycle, plan and control quality, and manage suppliers and contracts so delivery stays predictable under real-world constraints.

    Engage Stakeholders and Communicate Clearly

Analyse and prioritise stakeholders, plan communications, manage expectations and resolve conflict, and report progress effectively to sponsors and leadership across virtual and cross-cultural teams.

Apply Business Analysis and Strategic Alignment

Turn needs into requirements, build business cases, track benefits and link projects to organisational strategy, reflecting the standalone business analysis focus of the updated PMP exam.

Prepare for the PMP Exam with Confidence

Practise with scenario-based questions mapped to the 180-question, 230-minute PMP exam, and get guidance on documenting your experience for the PMI application.

    Exam

What is the format of the PMP exam?

The PMP exam has 180 questions to be completed in 230 minutes (3 hours 50 minutes), including two 10-minute breaks. It uses multiple-choice, multiple-response, matching, hotspot and limited fill-in-the-blank questions, delivered online via Pearson VUE OnVUE or at a test centre.

What are the PMP exam domains and their weights?

The updated exam aligned to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition covers five domains: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts (15%), Predictive Plan-Based Methodologies (28%), Agile Frameworks and Methodologies (27%), Business Analysis and Strategic Management (18%), and Stakeholder Engagement and Communication (12%).

Does the PMP exam cover agile?

Yes. Roughly half the exam reflects agile or hybrid approaches. The updated PMP exam built on the 8th edition includes a dedicated Agile Frameworks and Methodologies domain worth 27%, alongside predictive and hybrid delivery.

What is the passing score for the PMP exam?

PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. The passing score is set through psychometric analysis, and results are reported as Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement per domain, so aim for broad mastery across all domains.

What if I do not pass the exam the first time?

PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and revision support to prepare you thoroughly, and selected plans include retake support. Reexamination fees apply to further attempts.

    Course Content

What will I learn in the PMP training?

Do I need prior experience to take this course?

You can join the training with project experience at any level, and it provides the 35 contact hours you need. To sit the PMP exam, PMI requires documented experience leading projects (36 months with a degree, or 60 months with a secondary diploma).

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions, full-length mock exams, an exam simulator and topic-wise quizzes mapped to the exam outline, helping you find weak areas and build readiness for the 180-question exam.

Is the courseware aligned with the latest PMP syllabus?
