Oracle Primavera P6 Training in Malta gives you the practical skills to plan, schedule, resource-load and control complex projects using Oracle Primavera P6 (P6 EPPM), the enterprise project portfolio management software that has been the global standard for large-scale project scheduling since the 1990s. Developed by Oracle Corporation, Primavera P6 is the scheduling tool that construction, infrastructure and energy employers across Malta rely on to run their capital projects. The programme is delivered at two levels. Fundamentals (2 days) builds core skills in the enterprise project structure, activity scheduling, logic relationships, the critical path, resource assignment, baselines and progress tracking. Advanced (3 days) extends your capability to resource and cost loading, earned value management, Claim Digger schedule comparison, multi-project programme control and custom reporting. Designed for planners, schedulers, project controls engineers and project managers, this hands-on training uses live P6 exercises based on realistic capital-project scenarios. There is no examination; you build genuine software proficiency and receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning. Start building the P6 skills Malta's project teams are hiring for.

Why Primavera P6 Skills Pay off at WorkFor Professionals and Teams

    For Individuals

    For Individuals

Primavera P6 training helps you build genuine, job-ready scheduling capability rather than just theory. Through live exercises you learn to structure a project, drive the critical path, and control resources and cost the way capital projects demand. Whether you are moving from Microsoft Project, stepping into a project controls role, or planning work in construction, infrastructure or energy, this training builds skills that map directly to what Malta's employers need.

If you want to plan and control complex projects with the tool the industry actually uses, Primavera P6 is a clear step forward. You gain practical software proficiency, hands-on confidence, and a skillset that transfers across sectors and countries.

    General

What is Oracle Primavera P6 training?

Oracle Primavera P6 training is a practical, hands-on course that teaches you to plan, schedule, resource-load and control projects using Oracle Primavera P6, the enterprise scheduling software developed by Oracle Corporation. It is offered at Fundamentals (2 days) and Advanced (3 days) levels.

Who should attend this Primavera P6 course?

The course suits project planners, schedulers, project controls engineers, project managers and PMO professionals, especially in construction, infrastructure, energy and maritime projects. It fits anyone in Malta who plans or controls projects and wants to use the industry-standard tool.

Is Primavera P6 worth learning in Malta?

Yes. Primavera P6 is the scheduling tool behind Malta's major road, energy and construction projects, and skilled planners are in short supply. Learning P6 makes you eligible for planning and project controls roles across the island's fast-growing project pipeline.

Do I need experience to take the Fundamentals level?

No. The Fundamentals level has no prerequisites and is designed for people new to Primavera P6. Familiarity with basic project concepts such as activities and resources is helpful but not required.

What is the difference between the Fundamentals and Advanced levels?

Fundamentals (2 days) covers core P6 skills: enterprise structure, scheduling, the critical path, resources, baselines and progress. Advanced (3 days) adds resource and cost loading, earned value, Claim Digger, multi-project management and custom reporting.

Which version of Primavera P6 does the course use?

The training is delivered on the current Oracle Primavera P6 software, covering both P6 Professional and P6 EPPM. Confirm the exact software version and access arrangements with Invensis Learning when you enrol, as P6 is a separate Oracle product.

What project controls frameworks does the course relate to?
