What is the format of the VeriSM Foundation exam?

The EXIN VeriSM Foundation exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice test with single-answer questions. It is delivered online with EXIN proctoring or at an accredited test location, usually arranged through an accredited training provider.

How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

The exam has 40 questions and lasts 60 minutes, which is one hour.

What is the passing score for the exam?

You need 65% to pass, which is 26 out of 40 questions correct.

What topics does the VeriSM Foundation exam cover?

Seven topic areas per the EXIN VeriSM Foundation Examination Specification: the service organisation, service culture, people and organisational structure, the VeriSM model, progressive practices, innovative technologies, and getting started.

Are there any prerequisites for the exam?
