What Is Project Management Fundamentals Training in Seoul?UntitledA Foundation for Every Project Role
Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) training in Seoul is a foundation-level course that teaches the essential principles, processes and tools used to run projects across their full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and control, to closure. It is a practical, non-certification programme with no exam, built to give you skills you can apply at work straight away. Delivered over two days (16 hours) by experienced instructors, the course covers five modules: core project management concepts, project influences, the role of the project manager, the project management cycle, and an overview of Agile projects. You also gain a grounding in predictive (plan-based) methods, Agile frameworks and business analysis, so you understand how real projects are shaped and delivered. The training suits aspiring project managers, team leaders, coordinators and cross-functional professionals across Seoul's technology, semiconductor, construction and financial services sectors. There are no prerequisites, and on completion you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning. It also builds a strong base for later credentials such as CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2.
