    Course Content

What topics does the PMI-CP training cover?

What are the four mandatory prerequisite modules?

Before applying, all candidates complete four self-paced PMI modules in any order: Project Communications, Interface Management, Scope and Change Order Management, and Contract and Risk Management. Each awards 14 PDUs, for 56 PDUs in total.

The instructor-led programme delivers 32 contact hours, close to but below the 35 contact hours PMI requires across all eligibility sets. Check with the training team about supplementary self-study credited toward the 35-hour requirement.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions and full-length mock exams mapped to the 120-question, closed-book PMI-CP format, plus topic-wise quizzes to help you find and close weak areas.

Is the courseware aligned to the current PMI-CP ECO?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current PMI-CP Examination Content Outline and the PMBOK Guide, so you study the four domains exactly as they are weighted on the exam.

    Enrollment

What are the eligibility requirements for PMI-CP?

Eligibility has two parts. First, complete the four mandatory self-paced modules. Second, meet one experience set: a secondary diploma with 60 months, a bachelor's degree with 36 months, or a GAC-accredited degree with 24 months of construction PM experience, plus 35 contact hours of PM education.
