What Is This Project Management Foundation Course?UntitledA Practical Start for Project Leaders
Project Management Fundamentals Training in Finland is a two-day, instructor-led foundation course that teaches the core principles, processes and tools used to plan, execute and deliver projects across their full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and control, and closure. Across 16 hours and five practical modules, you build a working command of scope, schedule, cost, resource and risk management, plus an overview of predictive, Agile and business-analysis approaches. The Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) course is vendor-neutral and suits aspiring project managers, team leaders and coordinators in Finland's technology, engineering and services sectors. There is no examination. On completion you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning, and the programme also lays the groundwork for further study such as CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2. Start building project skills you can apply from your very next project.
