Whether you work in automotive, pharmaceuticals, banking or logistics, this awareness training gives you a shared language for quality and a confident first step into Lean Six Sigma. Start your Six Sigma journey with Invensis Learning.

The Process Challenges Behind Spain's Push for Operational Excellence

    Automotive Quality Under Pressure

Spain is one of Europe's largest car makers, and component suppliers must hold near-zero defect rates as OEMs push on cost and quality. Workforce-wide Six Sigma awareness supports that discipline.

Awareness training builds a shared quality language

AI and Digitalisation on the Line

Factories are adopting data analytics and automation to stabilise processes. Staff who understand variation and fact-based decisions get more value from these tools than those who do not.

Awareness training explains variation and data

    Process Improvement Talent Gap

Spain has a deep engineering pool but comparatively few people who speak the Six Sigma language across teams. Broad awareness closes the gap between specialists and the wider workforce.

Awareness training widens the improvement base

    Efficiency Pressure Across Sectors

Margin pressure in manufacturing and cost discipline in banking and logistics push organisations to cut waste and rework. Improvement projects only stick when everyone understands the why.

    Awareness training supports waste reduction

Regulated Quality in Pharma and Health

GMP requirements and patient safety demand consistent, defect-free processes in Spain's strong life-sciences sector. Awareness of DMAIC and control helps every role support compliance.

    Awareness training reinforces consistency

    Fragmented Improvement Culture

Improvement stalls when only specialists understand it. Awareness training gives leaders, sponsors and front-line staff a common foundation so DMAIC projects gain traction and last.

Awareness training aligns the whole team

Yes. It gives you a shared language for quality that is valued across Spain's automotive, pharma, banking and logistics sectors, and it is a low-risk first step toward practitioner roles. You leave able to contribute to DMAIC projects straight away. Talk to a learning advisor to plan your path.

    Pricing

How much does Six Sigma awareness training cost in Spain?

Fees are quoted in euros and vary by delivery format and group size, so pricing is available on request. Corporate on-site sessions for larger groups are often the most cost-effective option. Request a quote for the format that suits you.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes instructor-led sessions across all six modules, course materials, real-world case examples, interactive exercises, and a course completion record from Invensis Learning.

Do you offer group or corporate pricing?

Yes. Group and corporate pricing is available and is popular for this course, since organisations often train whole departments at once when launching a Six Sigma programme. Contact us for a tailored quote for your team.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, and offer instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that works best for you.

Is there a separate exam fee?

No. This is a non-certification course with no examination, so there is no exam fee to pay. The price covers the training and the included learning resources only.

    Assessment

Is there an exam for this course?

No. Six Sigma Awareness Training is a non-certification course with no examination. Learning is reinforced through interactive discussion, case study examples and team exercises during the one-day programme.

Do I receive a certificate after the training?

You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning after completing the programme. This is not a formal certification or credential from an awarding body, but it confirms your attendance and the awareness knowledge gained.

    How is my learning assessed?

There is no formal assessment. Interactive discussions and team exercises throughout the day let you apply Six Sigma concepts to your own work context, which reinforces the learning without a test.

Is this a recognised Six Sigma certification?

No. This is awareness-level training, not a certification. If you want a recognised Six Sigma credential, progress to Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt or Black Belt training, which are the practitioner-level programmes.

What can I do after completing the training?

You will be able to explain what Six Sigma is, follow the five DMAIC phases, use the Six Sigma vocabulary confidently, understand the role hierarchy, and contribute to improvement projects. It is also the ideal foundation before Yellow or Green Belt training.

    Course Content

What topics does the training cover?

The course covers Six Sigma history and philosophy, the DMAIC methodology, key concepts and terminology, Six Sigma roles, an awareness-level introduction to core tools, and Lean Six Sigma, across six modules in a single day.

    What is DMAIC?

DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control. It is the structured Six Sigma roadmap for improving existing processes, with defined tools, deliverables and a tollgate review at the end of each phase.

Which Six Sigma tools are introduced?

You get an awareness-level introduction to SIPOC, cause-and-effect (fishbone) diagrams, Pareto charts, control charts, and process capability, enough to understand what practitioners use and why, without practitioner-level depth.

Do I need prior statistical knowledge?

No. The course is designed for a general audience with no assumed background in quality or statistics. Concepts such as variation and DPMO are explained from first principles in plain terms.

    How long is the training?

The programme runs for one day, totalling eight hours. It can also be delivered as two half-days of four hours each, covering the same six modules with the same interactive, case-based approach.
