    What is the format of the two exams?

    Both are closed-book, 40-question exams of 60 minutes each. The Foundation exam uses single-answer multiple-choice questions, while the Practitioner exam uses scenario-based multiple-choice questions that require you to apply BA techniques.

    What is the passing score for each exam?

    The passing score is 65% for both exams, which is 26 correct answers out of 40. You must sit and pass both the Foundation and Practitioner exams to hold both credentials.

    What are the prerequisites for each level?

    The Foundation level has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. The Foundation certificate is the recommended prerequisite before you take the Practitioner exam.

    Where can I take the exams?
