What Is Microsoft Project Training?UntitledYour Route to Confident Project Scheduling

Microsoft Project Training in Estonia gives you the practical skills to plan, schedule, resource and track projects using Microsoft Project, the industry-leading project scheduling application from Microsoft Corporation. It is a hands-on, software-focused course that builds workplace capability rather than preparing you for an exam. The programme is offered at two progressive levels. Fundamentals is a 2-day, 16-hour course for new or occasional users, covering project setup, the work breakdown structure, task dependencies, the critical path, resource assignment, baselines and progress tracking. Advanced is a 3-day, 24-hour course for experienced users, covering resource levelling, cost management, Earned Value, custom views and reports, and master projects. Both levels can be taken independently or in sequence. Microsoft Project is available as Standard and Professional desktop editions and as Project Online within Microsoft 365, and it is the tool most PMP, PRINCE2 and Agile practitioners use to put project management methodology into practice. On completing either level you receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning. Whether you plan IT, construction, energy or public sector projects in Estonia, this training helps you move from spreadsheets to confident, professional scheduling.

What Is Driving Demand for Project Scheduling Skills in Estonia

    Digital Delivery Pressure

Estonia's e-government and public digitalisation programmes, backed by tens of millions in EU funding, need disciplined schedules and clear tracking, the exact capability Microsoft Project training builds.

Microsoft Project builds structured scheduling skills

    Complex EU-Funded Programmes

Recovery and cohesion-funded projects demand baselines, variance tracking and audit-ready reporting. Teams that plan in spreadsheets struggle to meet those expectations at scale.

Microsoft Project builds baseline and reporting skills

    Infrastructure and Energy Build-Out

5G corridors, fibre rollout to 2032 and the energy transition mean long, dependency-heavy schedules that need critical-path analysis and resource levelling to stay on track.

Microsoft Project builds resource and critical-path skills

    Scarce Scheduling Skills

Estonia's talent pool is deep in delivery but thin in structured scheduling. Professionals who can build and control a full Microsoft Project schedule are in short supply.

Microsoft Project makes proficient planners stand out

    Fintech Scale and Speed

Fast-scaling Tallinn tech and fintech firms run many concurrent initiatives and need repeatable, dependable planning rather than ad hoc tracking to protect delivery dates.

Microsoft Project builds repeatable planning skills

    Resource Optimisation Pressure

With a small labour pool and tight budgets, Estonian employers must use scarce people well. Resource levelling and workload analysis in Microsoft Project help teams do more with less.

    Pricing

How much does Microsoft Project training cost in Estonia?

The fee includes instructor-led sessions, structured courseware, hands-on exercises on realistic project scenarios, learning resources and templates, learner support, and a course completion record from Invensis Learning.

Do I need to buy Microsoft Project software separately?

Microsoft Project is a separate product from Microsoft Corporation, and you should have it installed and accessible for the hands-on exercises. Ask us whether a trial licence can be arranged for your session before you enrol.
