Build a Practical Lean Mindset for Everyday WorkUntitledGrounded in the Toyota Production System
Lean Fundamentals Training in Algeria is a practical, one-day introductory programme that teaches you how to identify and remove waste, improve process flow and deliver greater value to customers. Rooted in the Toyota Production System developed at Toyota by Taiichi Ohno and Shigeo Shingo, it grounds you in the five Lean principles codified by Womack and Jones in Lean Thinking (1996): identify value, map the value stream, create flow, establish pull and seek perfection. Across a single day you learn to recognise the eight wastes (DOWNTIME) and apply foundational Lean tools including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, standard work and Kaizen. The training suits employees, supervisors, engineers, quality staff and managers in Algeria's manufacturing, agri-food, automotive, energy and service sectors who want a shared Lean vocabulary and mindset. This is a non-certification course: there is no exam, and you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning. Start building capability your team can apply from day one.
