    What is the DMAIC methodology I will learn about?

    DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control. It is the structured, phase-gated Six Sigma roadmap for improving existing processes. You will learn what happens in each phase and how tollgate reviews keep decisions grounded in data.

    Which Six Sigma tools are introduced?

    At awareness level you will meet SIPOC and process maps, the Fishbone diagram, Pareto charts, control charts, Gauge R&R and process capability. You learn what each tool shows and why it is used, so project reports and reviews make sense.

    How long is the training and what format is it?

    The course runs for one day, around eight hours, and can also be split across two half-days. It is delivered through instructor-led sessions with discussion, case studies and exercises, available live online, in the classroom or on-site for teams.
