What Is Business Process Management Training?UntitledYour Practical Route to Process Excellence

Business Process Management (BPM) is the discipline of identifying, modelling, analysing, improving and monitoring the processes that run an organisation, so work flows efficiently and delivers real value. This one-day, instructor-led BPM training gives professionals in Denmark a practical command of that discipline, from process foundations through hands-on modelling with BPMN 2.0, the international notation standard maintained by the Object Management Group. The course follows the full BPM lifecycle and draws on recognised references including the ABPMP BPM Common Body of Knowledge (CBOK) and the process approach in ISO 9001:2015. This is a non-certification, skills-focused programme with no exam. You apply every technique during the day and leave with a course completion record from Invensis Learning, ready to put process thinking to work in Danish organisations tackling digitalisation and operational efficiency.

What You Gain from BPM TrainingReal Capability, Not Just Theory

    For Individuals

    For Individuals

BPM training helps professionals turn everyday frustration with slow, messy or person-dependent processes into a structured skill employers value. The course suits business analysts, process owners, operations managers and IT professionals who want a practical, hands-on method for managing and improving how work gets done. Whether you are formalising process ownership, moving from delivery into improvement work, or supporting a digitalisation programme, you gain techniques you can use on real processes the very next day.

If you want to stand out in Denmark's efficiency-driven job market, BPM is a highly transferable skill. You leave able to model in BPMN 2.0, analyse and redesign processes, and build the business case for change that leaders act on.

    • Model any business process clearly using the BPMN 2.0 standard that business and IT teams both understand
    • Analyse processes to expose waste, delays and bottlenecks that quietly inflate cost and cycle time
    • Redesign workflows with proven principles: simplification, standardisation, automation and error-proofing
    • Define meaningful process KPIs and set up measurement that keeps improvements firmly in place
    • Speak the shared language of process owners, analysts and transformation teams with confidence
    • Position yourself for process analyst, business analyst and improvement roles in Denmark's digitalising economy
    • Apply your skills straight away, with no exam to sit and capability that never expires
    For Organizations

    For Organizations

BPM group training helps organisations build process management capability by equipping cross-functional teams with a shared method, notation and language. Training can be delivered for operations, quality, IT and transformation teams together. For organisations looking to digitalise, automate or simply run more efficiently, BPM provides the discipline that makes those efforts stick, because you cannot reliably automate or scale a process you have never mapped.

If your teams improve processes in isolated, one-off ways, BPM training creates a consistent, repeatable approach. Your people gain a common way to model, analyse, redesign and govern the processes that deliver value to customers.

    • Give cross-functional teams one shared method and notation for managing processes
    • Cut operating cost and cycle time by removing waste and unnecessary handoffs
    • Lay the process foundation that automation, RPA and digital transformation depend on
    • Strengthen the process approach behind ISO 9001:2015 quality management
    • Build in-house capability to document, standardise and continuously improve processes
    • Train a whole department together on your own real processes for immediate value
    • Improve compliance and auditability through clear, current process documentation

Market Forces Making BPM Skills Essential in Denmark

    The Automate-Before-You-Map Trap

Danish firms are racing into RPA and AI, but automating a broken or undocumented process only scales the mess. BPM gives teams the mapped, analysed processes that automation actually needs.

BPM builds modelling and analysis skills

    Public Sector Efficiency Pressure

With a DKK 2bn digitalisation strategy, municipalities and regions must free staff time for welfare. Structured process redesign is how administrative burden is cut without cutting service.

    BPM builds process redesign skills

    Global Operating Model Complexity

Life sciences and shipping leaders run processes across dozens of countries. Without a shared notation and lifecycle, standardising and governing those processes at scale becomes near impossible.

BPM builds governance and standardisation skills

    The BPMN Skills Gap

Employers want people fluent in BPMN 2.0 modelling and process analysis, yet that talent is scarce in Denmark. Trained professionals stand out for roles that turn messy workflows into clear ones.

BPM makes trained professionals stand out

    Quality and Compliance Demands

ISO 9001 and regulated sectors expect a documented process approach. Many organisations struggle to keep process documentation current, accurate and genuinely usable by the people doing the work.

    BPM strengthens the process approach

    Cost and Cycle-Time Squeeze

Margin pressure across finance, manufacturing and services pushes leaders to strip out waiting time, rework and handoffs. BPM analysis is the discipline that finds and removes that hidden cost.

    BPM builds waste-elimination skills

Yes. As Danish organisations digitalise and automate, employers value professionals who can map and improve processes before technology is added. BPM skills apply across life sciences, shipping, finance and the public sector, opening roles such as process analyst and improvement specialist.

The course suits business analysts, process owners, operations and service managers, IT and quality professionals, and anyone responsible for designing or improving business processes. There are no prerequisites, so it is open to all experience levels.

No. The course introduces BPM from first principles, so no prior process knowledge is required. Some familiarity with how your organisation works is helpful but not essential to get full value from the day.

The training is grounded in BPMN 2.0, the international process modelling notation (ISO/IEC 19510) maintained by the Object Management Group. It also draws on the ABPMP BPM Common Body of Knowledge and the process approach in ISO 9001:2015.

    Pricing

How much does BPM training cost in Denmark?

BPM training fees vary by delivery format, such as live virtual, classroom or corporate onsite, and by group size. Pricing is available on request. Contact a learning advisor for a quote tailored to your needs.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes instructor-led training across all six BPM modules, structured courseware and reference materials, hands-on modelling and analysis exercises, learner support, and a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning.

Do you offer group or corporate pricing?

Yes. We offer volume-based corporate pricing for teams, with customised schedules and flexible delivery. Ask about corporate or group pricing and we will prepare a tailored quote for your organisation.
