    The CAPM exam covers four domains from the 2023 Examination Content Outline: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts (36%), Predictive Plan-Based Methodologies (17%), Agile Frameworks and Methodologies (20%), and Business Analysis Frameworks (27%).

    How many questions are on the CAPM exam and how long is it?

    The CAPM exam has 150 multiple-choice questions and you have three hours (180 minutes) to complete it. It is a closed-book exam based on the current CAPM Examination Content Outline.

    Where can I take the CAPM exam?

    You can take the exam online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring from home or office, or at a Pearson VUE test centre. Scheduling is done through PMI's portal or Pearson VUE once your application is approved.

    Is there a fixed passing score for the CAPM?

    PMI does not publish a fixed pass mark. Your result is set by psychometric analysis and reported with performance feedback across the four CAPM domains, so aim for broad mastery of every domain.

    What if I do not pass the exam the first time?

    You may take up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period. Our training includes practice questions and mock exams so you can build readiness and address weak areas before you sit the exam.
