Bahamas Market Pressures Driving Demand for Microsoft Project Skills

    Complex Resort and Infrastructure Builds

Large tourism and infrastructure projects, from the Baha Mar expansion to airport upgrades, run hundreds of dependent tasks that spreadsheets cannot control. Microsoft Project keeps them on a realistic critical path.

Learn structured scheduling in Microsoft Project

    Scarce Tool-Fluent Planners

The Bahamas has capable project people but a shortage of professionals fluent in a dedicated scheduling tool. Employers increasingly ask for Microsoft Project proficiency, making trained planners stand out.

    Build in-demand planning skills

    Resource Over-Allocation and Slippage

On small island teams, the same specialists are spread across many projects. Without resource levelling and baselines, over-allocation drives delay and cost overrun that Microsoft Project is built to prevent.

    Master resource levelling and tracking

    Weak Reporting to Leadership

Banks, utilities and public agencies need clear progress reporting to govern spend, yet many rely on ad hoc updates. Baseline tracking and built-in reports give leadership a trustworthy view of project health.

    Assessment

Is there an exam for Microsoft Project Training?

No. This is a non-certification skills course, so there is no examination at either level. Your learning is reinforced through live, hands-on Microsoft Project exercises using realistic project scenarios throughout the programme.

Do I get a certificate after the training?

You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning after finishing the programme. It confirms the practical Microsoft Project skills you have built; it is not an external certification, as none exists for this software training.

How is my learning assessed during the course?

There is no formal assessment. Instead, you practise every feature through guided, hands-on exercises in Microsoft Project as the trainer demonstrates it, so you build proficiency by doing the work throughout the sessions.

    Is this a certification course?

No. Microsoft Project Training builds practical software skills and does not award a formal certification or credential. It is an excellent complement to methodology training such as PMP or PRINCE2, where Microsoft Project is the scheduling tool used in practice.

How long is each level of the training?

Fundamentals is delivered over two days (16 hours) and Advanced over three days (24 hours). Both are available as full-day sessions or as extended half-day formats. Confirm the current schedule when you enrol.
