    Exam

What does the CAPM exam cover?

The CAPM exam covers four domains from the Examination Content Outline effective 2023: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts (36%), Predictive Plan-Based Methodologies (17%), Agile Frameworks and Methodologies (20%) and Business Analysis Frameworks (27%). It aligns to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition.

How many questions are on the CAPM exam and how long is it?

The CAPM exam has 150 questions and lasts three hours (180 minutes). It is a closed-book, multiple-choice exam with single-answer and multiple-answer formats, based on the CAPM Examination Content Outline effective January 2023.

Is there a fixed passing score for the CAPM exam?

There is no fixed percentage pass mark. PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score, and your result is reported as pass or fail with performance feedback across the four CAPM domains, so aim for broad mastery rather than a single target number.

How many attempts do I get for the CAPM exam?

You get up to three attempts within the one-year eligibility period that begins when PMI approves your application. If needed, a re-examination fee applies to the second and third attempts.

Where can I take the CAPM exam in the Bahamas?

You can take the CAPM exam online via Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring from home or office, or at a Pearson VUE test centre. Scheduling is done through the Pearson VUE website or PMI's portal within your eligibility period.

Can a complete beginner take this course?

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions, full-length mock exams and topic-wise quizzes mapped to the 150-question CAPM format, helping you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

Is the courseware aligned with the latest CAPM syllabus?
