    What is DMAIC?

    DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control. It is Six Sigma's structured, data-driven roadmap for improving existing processes, and the course explains what happens in each phase at an awareness level.

    What Six Sigma tools will I learn about?

    You gain awareness of tools such as SIPOC, the Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagram, Pareto charts, control charts and process capability. The goal is to understand what each tool is for, not to use them at practitioner depth.

    What is Lean Six Sigma?

    Lean Six Sigma combines Lean's focus on eliminating waste and improving flow with Six Sigma's focus on reducing variation and defects. The course explains how the two approaches work together in most modern improvement programmes.
