    What topics does the Six Sigma awareness course cover?

    The course covers Six Sigma history and philosophy, key concepts and terminology, the five DMAIC phases, the Six Sigma roles, an awareness-level look at core tools, and Lean Six Sigma, all in a single one-day programme.

    What Six Sigma tools will I learn about?

    You gain awareness of tools such as SIPOC, the Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagram, Pareto charts, control charts, process capability and Gauge R&R, and you learn why and where each is used within a DMAIC project.

    How long is the training and what format is it?

    The programme runs for one day (about 8 hours) and is delivered as interactive, instructor-led sessions with discussion and case examples. It is available live online, in the classroom, or on-site for corporate teams.

    Will I learn about Lean Six Sigma too?

    Yes. The course explains how Lean waste elimination combines with Six Sigma variation reduction, and how Lean tools such as value stream mapping and 5S complement the DMAIC method.
