    What topics does the training cover?

    The course covers five modules: project management concepts, project influences, the role of the project manager, the full project management cycle, and an Agile projects overview, spanning initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.

    Yes. There are no prerequisites and the course starts from first principles, making it ideal for beginners. Some project exposure is helpful but not required.
