    What are the five phases of DMADV?

    DMADV stands for Define, Measure, Analyse, Design and Verify. You define the project and customer needs, measure and translate them into CTQs, analyse and select design concepts, create and optimise a robust design, and verify it meets all requirements before launch.

    Is the training hands-on or theory only?

    It is hands-on throughout. Alongside concept explanations and real-world design examples, you complete practical exercises applying VOC to CTQ flow-down, building a QFD House of Quality, running a Pugh concept selection and completing a Design FMEA worksheet.

    How long is Design for Six Sigma Training?
