    Yes. The final module introduces Lean Six Sigma, the combination of Lean waste elimination with Six Sigma variation reduction. You learn how Lean tools such as value stream mapping and 5S complement the DMAIC methodology in practice.

    Will I learn about Six Sigma tools?

    Yes, at an awareness level. The course introduces SIPOC, fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, control charts, Gauge R&R and process capability, so you understand what each tool is for and how it is used within a DMAIC project.
