What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, lasts 150 minutes, and is open book with the PRINCE2 7 manual permitted. The pass mark is 60 percent, meaning 42 of 70 marks. It is scenario-based and tests applying and tailoring PRINCE2.

Do I need to pass Foundation before Practitioner?

Yes. PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or IPMA Level A to D, is a prerequisite for the Practitioner exam. The combined programme is designed to be taken sequentially, with Foundation first and Practitioner after.

Where and how do I sit the PRINCE2 exams?
