    Will I receive a certificate after the training?

    Yes. On completing the course you receive a certificate of completion from Invensis Learning, confirming your participation and understanding of the Scrum framework fundamentals.

    How is my learning assessed?

    There is no formal assessment. Instead, understanding is built and reinforced through hands-on exercises, case studies, discussion and retrospective sessions throughout the two-day programme.

    Does the completion certificate expire?

    No. The certificate of completion does not expire and requires no renewal. The Scrum skills you gain are immediately applicable and stay relevant in your work.

    What can I do after completing the training?

    The course is a strong foundation for further agile and Scrum learning, such as Agile Scrum Foundation, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner and PMI-ACP paths, and for applying Scrum in your own team.

    Course Content

    What topics does the Scrum Fundamentals Training cover?

    The course covers the history and overview of Scrum, the six Scrum principles, the five Scrum aspects (organisation, business justification, quality, change and risk) and the five Scrum processes, plus scaling Scrum.
