    How long is each level and how many hours?

    What will I learn in Primavera P6 training?

    You learn to set up the enterprise project structure, build and schedule activities, analyse the critical path and float, assign resources, set baselines, track progress, cost-load schedules and report earned value, then manage multi-project programmes and custom reports at Advanced level.

    What does the Fundamentals level cover?

    Fundamentals covers the P6 interface and enterprise project structure (EPS, OBS, WBS), activity creation and calendars, relationships and the critical path, resource assignment, baselines, progress updating and basic layouts and reports.

    What does the Advanced level cover?

    Advanced covers advanced scheduling options, resource and cost loading, cost accounts, earned value management, baseline comparison and Claim Digger, multi-project and portfolio management, and custom reporting with Excel integration.

    Is the training hands-on?

    Yes. Every module is taught with live Primavera P6 exercises on realistic construction, engineering and capital-project scenarios, so you practise each feature and workflow as you learn it.

    Which version of Primavera P6 is covered?
