What Are the Fundamentals of Project Management?UntitledA Practical Foundation Course
Project Management Fundamentals Training in Trinidad and Tobago is a practical, two-day foundation programme that builds the core skills needed to plan, run and close projects successfully. The Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) course introduces the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and control, to closure. It suits aspiring project managers, team leaders, co-ordinators and anyone whose work supports projects in Trinidad and Tobago's energy, construction, financial services and technology sectors. Across 16 hours of interactive, instructor-led learning, you cover five modules spanning predictive (plan-based) methods, an overview of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, and business-analysis approaches. There is no examination. Instead, you learn by doing, through discussions, exercises and retrospectives, and receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning. The fundamentals apply immediately at work and give you a strong base for further study such as CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2. Start your project management journey with Invensis Learning.
