    What hands-on exercises are included?

    You practise push versus pull identification, kanban quantity calculation, kanban loop design for a manufacturing scenario, Kanban board design for a software or IT scenario, WIP-limit setting, and cumulative flow diagram interpretation.

    What are WIP limits and will I learn to set them?

    Work-in-progress limits cap how many items can sit in each workflow stage at once. They are the defining feature of Kanban and force teams to finish work before starting more. The course teaches you how to set initial limits and adjust them using flow data.

    Does the course cover flow metrics and the cumulative flow diagram?

    Yes. You learn to measure lead time, cycle time and throughput, apply Little's Law, forecast using throughput, and read a cumulative flow diagram to spot bottlenecks, growing WIP and process changes.
