Why Agile Skills Are in Growing Demand in Trinidad and Tobago

    Digital Transformation Skills Gap

The National Digital Transformation Strategy 2024-2027 is pushing government and business to modernise, but teams often lack the agile foundations to deliver iteratively, the exact gap ASF helps close.

ASF builds agile fundamentals for modern delivery

    Slow Public-Sector Delivery

Public agencies are digitising services under IDB-funded programmes, yet legacy plan-driven delivery slows results. Agile-literate professionals help teams inspect, adapt and ship value sooner.

    ASF builds inspect-and-adapt delivery skills

    Banking Modernisation Pressure

Local banks and the Central Bank are modernising core systems and digital payments. Scrum-aware talent is needed to run these change programmes in short, predictable iterations.

ASF builds Scrum knowledge for change programmes

    Scarce Agile Talent

Trinidad and Tobago produces strong IT graduates but few hold recognised agile credentials. ASF makes certified team members stand out in a shallow talent pool.

ASF makes certified team members stand out

Outsourcing Moving up the Value Chain

The BPO and ITO sector is targeting higher-value technology and AI services. Delivering these reliably depends on teams that share a common Scrum and agile foundation.

ASF builds a shared delivery foundation

    Fragmented Agile Practice

Many organisations adopt Scrum informally, causing inconsistent Sprints and unclear roles. A shared EXIN foundation aligns teams on events, artefacts and the Definition of Done.
