As Singapore accelerates its Smart Nation agenda and enterprise transformation across banking, technology and government, employers increasingly want professionals who can turn strategy into adoption. Earn both credentials with Invensis Learning and step into that demand with confidence.

What Is Fuelling Change Management Demand in Singapore

    Digital Transformation at Scale

Banks, telcos and government agencies in Singapore run concurrent digital programmes, yet many stall at adoption. Certified change practitioners are hired to close that people gap.

Build change planning and adoption skills

    AI Adoption and Workforce Change

As AI reshapes roles across financial services and technology, employees need structured support to adapt. Change managers who apply models like ADKAR make that transition stick.

Learn to guide people through change

    Change Fatigue and Resistance

Teams facing constant change suffer fatigue and resistance. Practitioners trained in transition and stakeholder engagement help organisations sustain change without burnout.

    Master resistance and stakeholder skills

    Regulatory and Compliance Change

Singapore's financial institutions face continuous regulatory change from MAS and global bodies. Structured change management keeps large, mandatory programmes on track.

    Keep mandatory programmes on track

    Scarce Certified Change Talent

Singapore's talent pool is deep in project managers but thin in credentialed change professionals, making Foundation and Practitioner holders stand out to employers.

Stand out with a recognised credential

    Strategy-To-Adoption Gap

Leaders approve transformation but struggle to realise value when frontline adoption lags. Change practitioners link strategy to the behaviours that deliver benefits.

Connect strategy to real behaviour change

    Pricing

How much does the change management training cost in Singapore?

Fees vary by delivery format and schedule, so the training price is available on request. The package covers both the Foundation and Practitioner levels with courseware, mock exams and learner support. Request a quote or speak with a learning advisor for current pricing.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes aligned courseware for both levels, industry case studies, Foundation and Practitioner mock exams and practice questions, learner support, and guidance on clearing both exams. Exam voucher inclusion is confirmed at the time of booking.

Is the exam fee included in the training price?

Exam voucher inclusion depends on the package you choose, so it is best to confirm this when you enrol. Ask a learning advisor whether the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers are bundled with your selected format.

    Exam

How many exams are in the combined programme?

There are two separate exams: the Foundation exam and the Practitioner exam. You must sit and pass both to hold both credentials. The combined 40-hour programme prepares you for each level end to end.

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions with a single correct answer, taken in 40 minutes. It is closed book, and the pass mark is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct. There are no prerequisites to sit it.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is a 2.5-hour open-book exam with five scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total. The pass mark is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks. You need Foundation certification before sitting it.

What are the passing scores for both exams?

Both exams require 50% to pass. That is 25 out of 50 correct on the closed-book Foundation exam, and 40 out of 80 marks on the open-book, scenario-based Practitioner exam.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the Practitioner exam. However, the five scenario sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential.

What happens if I do not pass an exam?

You can retake the exam you did not clear. Our trainers provide preparation guidance and mock practice to help you build readiness for a resit. Confirm current re-sit fees and voucher terms with our team.
