What tools will I learn in the RCA training?

You learn a full toolkit: precise problem definition and Is / Is Not analysis, the 5 Whys, the Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagram, Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA in the RCA context, the 8D methodology, Pareto analysis, and corrective action development and verification.

What will I be able to do after completing the training?

You will be able to define a problem precisely, choose the right RCA tool, run a 5 Whys or Fishbone investigation, apply FTA for safety-critical events, complete an 8D report, and develop and verify corrective actions aligned to ISO 9001:2015 Clause 10.2.

How long is the RCA training?

The programme runs for one day (8 hours) covering all six modules, from RCA principles and problem definition through the 5 Whys, Fishbone, FTA, FMEA and 8D to corrective action and verification. A half-day format spread over two sessions is also available.

Yes. You work through all eight disciplines of the 8D methodology, from containment to prevention of recurrence, and learn how RCA provides the investigative backbone of a compliant CAPA process under frameworks such as ISO 13485 and EU MDR.
