The course covers QFD foundations and the business case, Voice of the Customer capture and the Kano model, full House of Quality construction across its six rooms, House of Quality interpretation, four-phase QFD cascading, and QFD in Design for Six Sigma, DMAIC and service design.

How long is the QFD training?

The programme runs for one day, a total of eight hours. It can also be delivered as two half-day sessions of four hours each. The full method is covered with hands-on House of Quality exercises throughout.

Does the course include hands-on practice?

Yes. You work through practical exercises including VOC structuring with an affinity diagram, Kano classification, full House of Quality construction from a realistic scenario, column importance calculation, and identifying design conflicts and hot spots.
