What Does Lean Fundamentals Training in Serbia Deliver?UntitledA Practical Start in Lean Thinking
Lean Fundamentals Training in Serbia is a one-day introductory course that gives you a practical grounding in Lean management, the systematic approach to maximising customer value while removing waste. It is rooted in the Toyota Production System developed by Taiichi Ohno and Shigeo Shingo at Toyota, and it is designed for people at every level and in every function. The training walks you through the five Lean principles codified by Womack and Jones in Lean Thinking (1996): identify value, map the value stream, create flow, establish pull and seek perfection. You learn to recognise the eight wastes (DOWNTIME) and apply core tools such as 5S, value stream mapping, Kanban, standard work and Kaizen. This is a non-certification course with no exam. You leave with a course completion record and skills you can use the next day, whether you work on a Kragujevac production line or in a Belgrade back office. It is also the ideal first step before deeper Lean study.
