What Is Poka Yoke and Who Is This Course For?UntitledMistake-Proofing for Polish Industry
Poka Yoke Training in Poland is a practical, one-day skills course that teaches you how to mistake-proof your processes so errors are prevented at source or caught the instant they occur. Poka Yoke, Japanese for mistake-proofing, was developed by Shigeo Shingo within the Toyota Production System and formalised in his 1986 work Zero Quality Control: Source Inspection and the Poka-Yoke System. The programme suits quality engineers, manufacturing and process engineers, production supervisors, Lean practitioners and continuous improvement professionals across Poland's automotive, electronics, appliance and food plants. You learn to classify errors, design prevention and detection devices, and build a zero-defect culture using a proven Lean technique. This is a hands-on skills course aligned with Lean, Six Sigma and ISO 9001:2015 practice. There is no formal assessment; you leave with a course completion record from Invensis Learning and mistake-proofing skills you can apply on Monday morning.
