    What is the format of the IASSC Yellow Belt exam?

    The exam is a closed-book assessment of 60 questions, using multiple-choice and true or false formats. You have two hours to complete it, and it covers all five DMAIC phases at a foundational level.

    What score do I need to pass the exam?

    You must achieve a minimum of 230 points out of 300 to pass the IASSC Yellow Belt exam. Questions are spread roughly evenly across the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control phases.

    How is the exam delivered?

    You can sit the exam through IASSC online proctoring, available 24 hours a day, or at a PearsonVUE testing centre. PearsonVUE operates more than 8,000 centres across 165 countries, including locations in Poland.

    What happens if I do not pass the first time?
