Whether you are a business analyst formalising your modelling skills, a process owner accountable for performance, or an operations professional improving service delivery, the programme gives you a clear, structured method that works across any industry or function.

In a market where Poland's service centres are moving from processing work to designing and automating it, professionals who can manage processes end to end stand out. You leave with the confidence to lead process documentation, analysis and improvement in your own team.

Why Process Management Skills Are in Demand in Poland

    Cost Centre to Capability Hub

Poland's GBS centres are shifting from routine processing to designing and improving processes, so employers now need people who can manage workflows end to end.

BPM builds end-to-end process management skills

    Automation Without a Process Foundation

You cannot automate a broken process. As RPA and workflow tools spread, firms need clear, documented processes before they scale automation and digital transformation.

BPM prepares processes for automation and RPA

    Scattered, Undocumented Ways of Working

Fast-growing teams often run person-dependent processes with no shared model, causing errors, delays and rework that structured process management removes.

BPM brings structure with BPMN 2.0 modelling

    Pressure on Efficiency and Compliance

Margin and audit pressure across finance, IT and operations pushes organisations to standardise, measure and continuously improve their core processes.

BPM builds measurement and improvement skills

    Assessment

Is there an exam for this BPM course?

No. This is a non-certification skills course with no exam. Learning is reinforced through hands-on BPMN modelling, process analysis workshops and group exercises during the one-day programme, so you practise the skills rather than sit a test.

How long is the training and what is the format?

The course runs for one day (8 hours), and can also be delivered as two half-days. It covers all six BPM modules with concept explanations, BPMN modelling exercises, analysis and redesign workshops, and real-world case examples.

Do the skills expire or need renewing?

No. Because this is practical skills training rather than a time-limited credential, there is nothing to renew. The BPM and BPMN skills you learn are immediately applicable and stay useful throughout your career.

    Course Content

What will I learn in the BPM training?

You will learn the full BPM lifecycle: process identification, BPMN 2.0 modelling, process analysis, design and redesign, implementation, performance measurement and continuous improvement. Hands-on modelling and analysis exercises run throughout the day.

Does the course cover BPMN 2.0 modelling?

Yes. A full module is dedicated to BPMN 2.0, including events, activities, gateways, pools and swimlanes. You practise turning a verbal process description into a clear, stakeholder-ready swimlane diagram and learn common modelling pitfalls to avoid.

Are automation and RPA included in the syllabus?

Yes, at a conceptual level. The course covers BPMS and workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA) in BPM, process monitoring dashboards and how a solid process foundation makes automation and digital transformation succeed.

Can a complete beginner follow the content?

Yes. The course starts from first principles and builds up step by step, so beginners can follow comfortably. Hands-on exercises and trainer guidance help you apply each concept as you go, whatever your starting point.

What materials and resources are provided?

You receive structured course materials covering all six modules, along with BPMN modelling exercises, process analysis and redesign activities, case examples and reference guides that support you in applying BPM back at work.
