The Change Management Skills You Will BuildAcross All Five Syllabus Areas

Here is what you will learn in the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner training: how to lead the people side of change from first principles through to applied practice. By the end of the programme you can diagnose, plan and deliver change and sit both certification exams with confidence.

    Guide Individuals Through Change

Apply individual change models such as ADKAR and the Bridges Transition Model to understand how people experience change, diagnose where transition stalls, and build the awareness, desire and reinforcement that make new ways of working stick.

    Lead Organisational Change

Select and apply organisational change models including Lewin's three-step model, Kotter's 8-step model and the McKinsey 7-S framework, and assess culture and readiness to plan change that fits the organisation's context.

    Engage Stakeholders and Communicate

Identify and analyse stakeholders, build engagement strategies, and design change communication plans that inform, involve and influence, using tools like the power and interest grid to turn resistance into support.

    Plan and Deliver Change

Run change impact assessments, build a complete change management plan covering communication, training and resistance, and use proven techniques to embed and sustain change long after go-live.

    Strengthen Your Change Practice

Develop the emotional intelligence, coaching, facilitation and ethical judgement that define effective change practitioners, and learn to manage yourself and others through demanding change.

    Pass Both Certification Exams

Prepare for the closed-book Foundation exam and the open-book, scenario-based Practitioner exam with practice questions, mock exams and guidance on navigating the Change Management Practitioner Guide under time.
