What Does Project Management Fundamentals Training Cover?UntitledA Practical Foundation in Project Delivery
Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) is a foundation-level training course that teaches the essential principles, processes and tools used to run projects from start to finish. It builds a working grasp of the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and control, to closure, alongside an overview of predictive, Agile and business-analysis approaches. Delivered over two days (16 hours) across five practical modules, the programme suits aspiring project managers, team leaders, co-ordinators and anyone in Macedonia whose work supports projects. There is no prior experience required and no examination. You finish able to plan scope, schedule, cost, resources and risk with confidence, and you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning that recognises your achievement. The course is not tied to any accrediting body and also serves as a solid base if you later pursue qualifications such as CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2.
