What Lean Fundamentals Training Teaches YouUntitledA Practical Start in Lean Thinking
Lean Fundamentals Training in Lithuania is a one-day introductory course that gives professionals a practical grounding in Lean management, the systematic approach to maximising customer value while minimising waste that grew out of the Toyota Production System (TPS). You learn to see work the way a Lean thinker does, then to act on what you see. The course is built on the five Lean principles codified by Womack and Jones in Lean Thinking (1996): identify value, map the value stream, create flow, establish pull and seek perfection. You explore the eight wastes (DOWNTIME), the two pillars of TPS (Just-in-Time and Jidoka), and hands-on tools such as 5S, value stream mapping, Kanban, standard work and Kaizen. It suits everyone from front-line team members to supervisors and managers across manufacturing, life sciences, global business services and logistics, the sectors driving Lithuania's economy. There is no formal assessment or credential; you learn through waste-identification exercises and case discussions, and receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning. Start building a Lean mindset your whole team can share.
