Is BPMN 2.0 covered in a hands-on way?

Yes. You practise building BPMN 2.0 process models from verbal descriptions, working with events, gateways, tasks, sequence flows and swimlanes, and validating your models the way you would with real stakeholders.

What topics does the BPM training cover?

The training covers six modules: BPM foundations, the BPM lifecycle, business process modelling with BPMN 2.0, process analysis and performance measurement, process design, redesign and governance, and BPM technology, automation and continuous improvement.

Can a complete beginner follow the course?

Yes. The course starts from first principles and needs no prior training. Concepts are explained clearly and reinforced with guided exercises, so beginners keep pace while experienced professionals deepen their method.

Are there hands-on exercises in the training?

Yes. Process modelling exercises and analysis workshops run throughout the day. You map processes in BPMN 2.0, identify waste, and apply redesign principles to a future-state process, so you leave able to do the work, not just describe it.

How long is the BPM training?

The programme runs for one day (8 hours) and covers all six modules with concept explanations and hands-on exercises. It can also be delivered as two extended half-days, giving the same 8 hours of learning across a schedule that suits your team.
