    The training covers eight modules: an introduction to Lean, focusing on the customer, improving existing processes, enhancing operational performance, organisation, behaviour and attitude, Lean IT leadership, and Lean IT Kaizen. Together they span the five Lean principles, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and DMAIC.

    What will I be able to do after the course?

    You will be able to identify and remove waste in IT processes, map value streams, apply the Voice of the Customer, measure performance with the Deming circle and KPIs, and lead Kaizen improvements. In short, you gain a practical Lean IT toolkit for your daily work.

    You cover the five Lean principles, muda, mura and muri, the Deming circle (PDCA), SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, Heijunka, 5S, Kanban and visual management, the Shingo model, Kaizen, and the DMAIC model, all applied to IT services.
