    Will I receive anything on completing the training?

    Yes. On finishing the programme you receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning. The real outcome, though, is a set of practical process management skills you can apply in your organisation straight away.

    You will learn the full BPM lifecycle, BPMN 2.0 process modelling, qualitative and quantitative process analysis, process KPIs and measurement, redesign and governance, and how BPM technology and automation support continuous improvement across the organisation.

    What is the BPM lifecycle?

    The BPM lifecycle is a continuous, six-phase approach to managing processes: identify, model, analyse, design, implement and monitor or optimise. The course walks you through each phase with exercises so you can run the cycle on your own processes.

    Does the course cover BPMN 2.0 modelling?

    Yes. BPMN 2.0 is central to the training. You practise drawing swimlane diagrams with events, activities, gateways and lanes, and learn to move from a plain-language description to a validated, stakeholder-readable process model.

    How does BPM relate to Lean and Six Sigma?

    BPM provides the end-to-end framework for managing and governing processes, while Lean and Six Sigma supply improvement tools applied within it. The course shows how they work together, so BPM governs the process and Lean and Six Sigma help improve it.

    How long is the BPM training?

    The programme runs for one day of eight hours, and can also be delivered as two extended half-days totalling the same eight hours. It covers all six modules with modelling exercises, analysis workshops and real-world case examples throughout.
