    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam is open book, with 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks over 150 minutes. The pass mark is 60%, meaning 42 out of 70 marks. It is scenario based and tests applying and tailoring PRINCE2 to real projects.

    Are there prerequisites for the exams?

    Foundation has no prerequisites and is open to all. Practitioner requires PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or IPMA Level A to D. Confirm current accepted equivalents on the PeopleCert site.

    How and where do I take the PRINCE2 exams?

    Both exams are delivered by PeopleCert, either online through the OnVUE proctored system available around the clock, or at an authorised test centre. They are usually arranged through your accredited training provider as part of the programme.
