Master the People Side of ChangeUntitledFoundation and Practitioner in Indonesia

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) certification is a globally recognised, two-level qualification that validates your ability to lead the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation confirms your understanding of change concepts and models; Practitioner proves you can apply them to real change scenarios. Change Management certification training in Indonesia gives professionals a structured route through both levels. The programme is aligned to the Change Management Practitioner Guide (current edition) and the CMBoK maintained by the Change Management Institute, and to the official Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi. You learn established frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's model, McKinsey 7-S and Bridges' Transition Model, then practise applying them to workplace change. As Indonesian banks, telcos, fintechs and public bodies accelerate digital and green transformation, employers increasingly want people who can drive adoption, not just deliver projects. If you are a change lead, project manager, HR business partner or transformation professional, this is a clear path to a respected credential. Shortage of Certified Change Talent

Indonesia has a deep pool of project managers but far fewer credentialed change practitioners. The Foundation and Practitioner qualification makes holders visible and sought-after.

    Guide Individuals Through Change

Understand how people experience change and apply individual change models. You will use ADKAR to diagnose where change stalls and Bridges' Transition Model to support people through endings, the neutral zone and new beginnings, plus motivation and resilience techniques.

    Lead Organisational Change

Select and apply organisational change models to real scenarios, including Lewin's three-step model, Kotter's 8-Step Model and the McKinsey 7-S Framework. You will assess change readiness and use Schein's culture model to spot enablers and barriers to change.

    Engage Stakeholders and Communicate Change

Identify and analyse stakeholders using power and interest grids, build engagement strategies, and design change communication plans. You will apply Cialdini's principles of influence to manage resistance through dialogue rather than coercion.

    Plan and Deliver Change Interventions

Manage Yourself as a Change Professional

Apply the Models and Pass Both Exams

Practise scenario-based analysis for the Practitioner level and master efficient open-book technique with the Practitioner Guide. You will prepare for the closed-book Foundation exam and the applied Practitioner exam with structured mocks and guidance.

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a globally recognised, two-level change management qualification. Foundation validates your knowledge of change concepts, models and approaches; Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real organisational change scenarios. It is aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute.

Who should take this change management course in Indonesia?

It suits change managers, project and programme managers, HR business partners, consultants and leaders who guide organisations through change. With digital, AI and green transformation accelerating across Indonesian banking, tech and public sectors, it is valuable for anyone driving adoption and managing resistance.

Is the change management certification recognised in Indonesia?

Yes. It is a globally respected credential recognised in over 150 countries and valued by employers in Indonesia and worldwide, including banks, telcos, consulting firms and public bodies that run large transformation programmes.

What career benefits does this certification offer?

It positions you for roles such as Change Manager, Transformation Lead and Head of Change. In Indonesia, certified change consultants average around Rp367 million a year, with senior and lead roles reaching considerably higher as demand grows. Talk to a learning advisor to plan your path.

Which standard and body of knowledge is the course based on?

The programme is aligned to the Change Management Practitioner Guide (current edition) and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute, and to the official Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi. It covers models such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin and McKinsey 7-S.

    Pricing

How much does change management certification training cost in Indonesia?

Training fees vary by format, schedule and whether you enrol individually or as a group. Pricing and current inclusions are available on request. Request a quote and a learning advisor will share the options that suit you.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes aligned courseware, case studies, mock exams and practice questions for both levels, and learner support. Exam voucher inclusion varies by package, so confirm at enrolment. Ask about what is bundled for your chosen format.

Are the exam fees included in the price?

Exam voucher inclusion depends on the package you choose. Some options bundle the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers, others price them separately. Confirm the current inclusion with a learning advisor before you enrol.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for change teams, PMOs, HR functions and leadership groups. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the payment option that works best for you.

    Exam

How many exams are in the combined programme?

There are two separate exams. You sit and pass the Foundation exam and then the Practitioner exam. Both must be passed to hold both credentials, and the combined programme prepares you for each in sequence.

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions with a single answer each, taken closed book in 40 minutes. The pass mark is 50 per cent, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It can be sat via online proctoring or at an authorised test centre.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has five scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. It is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted. The pass mark is 50 per cent, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

What is the passing score for each exam?

Both exams require 50 per cent to pass. That is 25 out of 50 for Foundation and 40 out of 80 marks for Practitioner. Foundation requires holding the credential before you sit the Practitioner exam.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential, and the training builds both.

    Course Content

What topics does the course cover?

The course covers five syllabus areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organization, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management. Foundation builds knowledge; Practitioner develops applied skill through scenario-based learning.

What change models will I learn?

You will learn a broad range of models, including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's three-step model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence model and Cialdini's principles of influence.

Do I need prior experience to take this course?

No. Change Management Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. It suits professionals at any stage. To sit the Practitioner exam you first need the Foundation certification, which the combined programme prepares you for.

    What learning materials are provided?

You receive courseware aligned to the official syllabi, industry-driven case studies, mock exams and practice questions for both levels, and first-attempt guidance for the Foundation and Practitioner exams.

    How long is the training?

The combined programme is delivered as 40 hours of instructor-led training. The number of days depends on the schedule format, for example a full-day intensive over five days or extended part-day sessions across more days.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in the course?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. See upcoming batches to get started.

    What training formats are available?

We offer live virtual (online) instructor-led training, onsite classroom training, focused one-to-one sessions, and customised corporate group training, so you can pick the format that fits your schedule and learning style.

    How soon can I start?

New batches run regularly across live virtual and onsite formats. Availability depends on your chosen mode and location in Indonesia. Talk to a learning advisor to find the next suitable batch.

Can I reschedule my enrolment to another batch?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans allow you to attend the training again. Contact support to arrange this.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back option. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
