What is the format of the PMP exam?

The PMP exam has 180 questions to be completed in 230 minutes, including two 10-minute breaks. It uses multiple-choice, multiple-response, matching, hotspot and limited fill-in-the-blank questions, and is based on the updated ECO aligned to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition.

What domains does the PMP exam cover?

The updated exam covers five performance areas: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts (15%), Predictive Plan-Based Methodologies (28%), Agile Frameworks/Methodologies (27%), Business Analysis and Strategic Management (18%), and Stakeholder Engagement and Communication (12%).

What is the passing score for the PMP exam?

PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. Results are determined through psychometric analysis and reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback of Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, so aim for broad mastery across all areas.

Where can I take the PMP exam in Indonesia?

You can sit the exam online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring from home or office, or at a Pearson VUE test centre. Scheduling is done through the Pearson VUE website or the PMI portal within your one-year eligibility window.

What if I do not pass the first time?

PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period. Re-examination fees apply to the second and third attempts. Our mock exams, simulator and trainer guidance are designed to help you prepare thoroughly for a first-time pass.

What will I learn in the PMP training?

You will learn to lead predictive, agile and hybrid projects across the five PMBOK Guide 8th Edition performance areas: fundamentals, predictive delivery, agile frameworks, business analysis and stakeholder engagement, plus exam strategy and application preparation.

Do I need prior experience to take this training?

You can enrol in the training at any experience level. To sit the exam, PMI requires either a four-year degree with 36 months leading projects, or a secondary diploma with 60 months, plus 35 contact hours of project management education, which this training provides.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes 1000+ practice questions, full-length mock exams, an exam simulator and topic-wise quizzes, all mapped to the current ECO to help you find weak areas and build exam readiness.

Is the courseware aligned with the latest PMP syllabus?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to the PMBOK Guide Eighth Edition and the updated PMP Examination Content Outline, so you study the same standard and domains the current exam is built on.
