What This Project Management Course DeliversUntitledSkills You Apply from Day One
Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) is a foundation-level training course that teaches the essential principles, processes and tools of project management across the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and control, to closure. Delivered as instructor-led Project Management Fundamentals training in Hungary, it gives aspiring and practising project managers a solid, method-neutral grounding they can apply immediately at work. Over a practical two-day (16-hour) programme, you learn to manage scope, schedule, cost, resources and risk, and gain an overview of predictive (plan-based) methodologies, Agile frameworks and business-analysis approaches. The course is not tied to any accrediting body and involves no examination. The course suits team leaders, project co-ordinators, entry-level professionals and anyone whose work supports projects. On completion you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning, and a strong foundation for further study such as CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2.
