Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

It is a globally recognised qualification from AXELOS, delivered by PeopleCert, that combines the PRINCE2 project management method with agile delivery approaches such as Scrum and Kanban. The combined pathway leads to two separate credentials: Foundation and Practitioner.

    General

What is the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a globally recognised qualification from AXELOS, delivered by PeopleCert, that combines the PRINCE2 project management method with agile delivery approaches such as Scrum and Kanban. The combined pathway leads to two separate credentials: Foundation and Practitioner.

Is PRINCE2 Agile worth it for professionals in Fiji?

Yes. As Fiji's telcos, banks and government teams adopt hybrid delivery under the National Digital Strategy, professionals who can govern projects and deliver in sprints are in demand. The credential opens agile project manager and delivery lead roles and is recognised worldwide.

Who should take this combined certification?

It suits project managers, coordinators, Scrum Masters, business analysts and PRINCE2-certified professionals adding agile skills. Foundation has no prerequisites, so it is open to anyone working in or moving towards hybrid project environments.

How is PRINCE2 Agile different from standard PRINCE2?

Standard PRINCE2 is a structured, predictive method. PRINCE2 Agile extends it with agile delivery guidance, introducing the five targets for agile, the PRINCE2 Agile hexagon, MoSCoW prioritisation and framework guidance for Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup within PRINCE2 governance.

How long is the Practitioner certification valid?

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certification is valid for three years. It can be renewed by retaking the Practitioner exam, completing continuing professional development, or passing a higher-level qualification. Confirm current renewal options with PeopleCert.

    Pricing

How much does PRINCE2 Agile training cost in Fiji?

Training fees vary by format and schedule, so the current price is available on request. The two PeopleCert exam fees are billed separately by PeopleCert under regional pricing. Request a quote for combined training and exam options.

What is included in the course fee?

The training fee typically includes aligned courseware, practice questions, mock exams, downloadable templates, and learner support, plus preparation for both the Foundation and Practitioner exams. Ask a learning advisor for the exact inclusions on your chosen plan.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

The two PeopleCert exam fees are usually billed separately from the training fee. Many accredited packages bundle training with dual exam vouchers, so confirm what your package covers when you request a quote.

Do you offer group or corporate pricing?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for PMOs, IT delivery teams and departments across Fiji. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, and offer instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the two PRINCE2 Agile exams?

There are two separate exams. Foundation is closed book with 40 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. Practitioner is open book, using the PRINCE2 Agile publication, with 50 scenario-based questions in 150 minutes.

What is the passing score for each exam?

Both exams require 60% to pass. That is 24 out of 40 correct at Foundation and 30 out of 50 correct at Practitioner. You must pass both to hold both credentials.

What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam requires PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, or PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent. Foundation itself has no prerequisites. Verify current accepted equivalents with PeopleCert.

How and where do I sit the exams?

Both exams are delivered by PeopleCert, either through OnVUE online proctoring available 24/7 or at an authorised test centre. You can sit them from home or office in Fiji with a stable connection and a webcam.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the PRINCE2 Agile publication during the Practitioner exam. However, questions are scenario-based and require judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation and deep method knowledge are both needed.

    Course Content

What topics does the training cover?

The programme covers the agile mindset, blending agile with PRINCE2, stakeholder engagement, agile leadership, risk and change, progress tracking, roles, scalable agility and value-driven thinking, then applies and tailors these in Practitioner scenarios.

Do I need prior PRINCE2 or agile experience?

No. Foundation is beginner-friendly and open to all, though familiarity with Scrum or Kanban helps. The training builds concepts from the ground up and provides hands-on practice, so professionals new to hybrid delivery can follow comfortably.

    What agile frameworks are covered?

The training covers Scrum as the primary framework, along with Kanban, Lean Startup and Scrumban, plus awareness of scaling approaches, all set within the PRINCE2 governance model.

    What learning materials are provided?

You receive aligned courseware, practice questions, full-length mock exams, downloadable templates and topic-wise quizzes covering both Foundation and Practitioner content, to help you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

How long is the combined programme?

The combined programme runs for about four days, or 32 hours in total, typically covering Foundation content first and Practitioner content second. Schedules can be delivered full-day or spread over more days to suit working professionals.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in the PRINCE2 Agile course?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor if you need help choosing a batch.

What training formats are available in Fiji?

We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom sessions, self-paced e-learning, and customised corporate group training, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule and learning style.

    How soon can I start?

New batches run regularly across live virtual and corporate formats. Check the upcoming schedules or speak with a learning advisor to find the next available cohort that fits your timeline.

Can I reschedule or transfer my enrolment?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans let you attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange this.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back option. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
