What Does AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner Training Cover?UntitledTwo Credentials, One Structured Route
The AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner (AgilePM-F&P) certification is a structured agile project management credential built on DSDM, the framework developed by the Agile Business Consortium, formerly the DSDM Consortium. AgilePM certification training in Fiji equips professionals to run iterative, governed projects that stay aligned to clear business goals and deliver real value early. The programme is aligned to the current AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi and the current edition of the AgilePM Handbook. You learn the eight AgilePM principles, the six-phase lifecycle, the business, technical and management roles, MoSCoW prioritisation and timeboxing, then practise applying and tailoring the framework to real project scenarios at Practitioner level. Delivered in live virtual and corporate formats, the training suits project managers, business analysts, team leaders and PRINCE2 or Scrum professionals adding a governed agile credential. You sit two exams, the closed-book Foundation and the open-book scenario-based Practitioner, and move from learning to certified with structured support from Invensis Learning.
