    How is my learning assessed?

    There is no formal assessment. Instead, interactive discussions and team exercises throughout the day let you apply Six Sigma concepts to your own work, so you leave able to use the ideas in practice.

    What is DMAIC and is it covered?

    Yes. DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control, the core Six Sigma roadmap for improving existing processes. The course walks through all five phases and what happens in each at awareness level.

    Which Six Sigma tools will I learn about?

    You gain awareness of tools such as SIPOC, the fishbone diagram, Pareto charts, control charts, Gauge R&R and process capability, and understand how each is used within a DMAIC project, without practitioner-level depth.
