What Is Kaizen and Why It Drives ResultsUntitledA Practical Continuous Improvement Skillset
Kaizen Training in Germany is a practical, one-day continuous improvement course that equips professionals to plan, facilitate and sustain structured Kaizen improvement events. Kaizen (change for the better) is the Japanese philosophy of making small, incremental changes by everyone, every day, developed within the Toyota Production System and introduced to Western business by Masaaki Imai in his 1986 book Kaizen: The Key to Japan's Competitive Success. The course covers both the daily Kaizen mindset and the structured Kaizen event, teaching you the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, the Gemba walk, the eight wastes of Lean (DOWNTIME), 5S, standard work and simple root-cause tools such as 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams. Hands-on workshop simulations run throughout the day. It suits operations and manufacturing managers, Lean coordinators, production supervisors, quality engineers and process improvement professionals in any German sector. This is a non-certification skills course with no exam; on completion you receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning and skills you can apply straight away.
