    What topics does the Scrum training cover?

    The programme covers the Scrum framework across five modules: an introduction to Scrum, a Scrum overview, the six Scrum principles, the five Scrum aspects, and the five Scrum processes, plus scaling Scrum, taught with real-world examples and exercises.

    What are the six Scrum principles?

    They are empirical process control, self-organisation, collaboration, value-based prioritisation, time-boxing and iterative development. The course shows how to apply each one so teams collaborate well and deliver value in short iterations.

    How long is the Scrum Fundamentals Training?

    The course runs for two days, a total of 16 hours. It can be delivered as full days or across extended half-day sessions, covering the full Scrum framework with case studies, exercises and retrospectives.

    Can a complete beginner follow the course?
