What does the Fundamentals level cover?

Fundamentals is a 2-day, 16-hour programme covering the enterprise project structure (EPS, OBS, WBS), creating a project, activity types and calendars, relationships and the critical path, resource assignment, baselines, progress updating and basic reports in Primavera P6.

What does the Advanced level cover?

Advanced is a 3-day, 24-hour programme covering advanced scheduling options, resource and cost loading, cost accounts, earned value management, baseline comparison and Claim Digger, multi-project and portfolio management, and custom reporting with Excel integration.

How long is each level of the training?

Fundamentals runs for 2 days (16 hours total) and Advanced for 3 days (24 hours total). Both are available as full-day sessions or extended half-day formats. You can attend either level on its own or complete both in sequence.

Will I get hands-on practice in Primavera P6?

Yes. Both levels are built around live, hands-on P6 exercises. You follow the trainer in the software, working through realistic construction, engineering and capital-project scenarios, so you leave able to apply the skills on real projects immediately.

Can I take the two levels separately?
